The course is offered as a subscription. The consumer chooses the term — monthly, six months or twelve months — and which components to take. The corresponding monthly amount and the minimum term are shown on screen before checkout.
Every subscription gives access to both levels, A2 and B1, for the same amount.
The first month is charged immediately at sign-up. With that same payment the consumer grants a continuous authorisation (SEPA direct debit mandate) through payment provider Mollie. The monthly amount is then charged from the same account every month, on the date stated in the confirmation email.
The subscription runs for at least the chosen minimum term: one, six or twelve months. After that it continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time, with a notice period of at most one month.
Cancelling is as easy as signing up. It can be done online at integrationacademy.nl/opzeggen or by email to klantenservice@cursus-group.nl; no phone call, paper form or portal is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, or at the end of the minimum term if that is still running. A cancellation must be received no later than seven days before the next payment, and during the minimum term no later than seven days before its end; if it arrives later, that payment still takes place and the subscription ends one month later. Months already charged are not refunded.
Access to the learning environment lasts for as long as the subscription runs and is paid. If a charge fails, access remains for two more days; after that it pauses until payment is received. If payment is not made, the subscription ends and access lapses.
The price is fixed for the duration of the minimum term. If the monthly amount changes after that, the consumer is told by email at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Anyone who scratches the scratch card on the website and leaves their email address pays € 9.95 for the first month instead of the regular monthly amount, with a six or twelve month subscription (not with the monthly subscription). That offer is valid for 30 days and can only be used with the email address it was requested for. A promotion applies to the first month only, unless the promotion itself expressly states otherwise; the months after that are charged at the regular monthly amount. Discounts are not combined.
An access code is personal and intended for use by one student. The entrepreneur may limit the number of times a code can be redeemed to prevent one code being used by several people; that limit is set generously enough to allow normal use across multiple devices.
